Top rankings for Moore Blatch in Chambers and Legal 500

Legal 500 and Chambers, the Who’s Who of the legal profession, have ranked Moore Blatch amongst their top tiers and bands respectively, with Legal 500 praising them as “one of the best firms in the region.” 

In a reflection of the firm’s strong expertise across all practice areas, 16 departments and 48 individuals were recognised in Legal 500; and 12 departments and 19 individuals were recognised in Chambers. The Clinical Negligence, Personal Injury, Family, Health and Commercial Property departments were given the highest rankings.  

In Legal 500, Moore Blatch teams are described as “exceptional”, providing “exceptional value” whilst achieving “outstanding results.”  Managing Partner, Ed Whittington, was singled out for having “integrity by the bucketload.” It placed Damian Horan, Luc Algar and Dorothy Agnew amongst its ‘leading individuals’, recognising a five further individuals as ‘next generation lawyers.’ 

In Chambers, 19 Moore Blatch lawyers were listed as ‘leaders in their field’ – with Anne Cassidy, Damian Horan and Tim Spring placed in their Band 1 ranking.  They praised the Clinical Negligence department for its “highly impressive track record in complex clinical negligence litigation” and cited the Personal Injury department’s “outstanding reputation.”
