Mark Grant, partner, Moore Blatch, commented; “I am genuinely excited to join the expanding land development team at Moore Blatch, and am looking forward to working with the firm’s existing clients. I’m also looking to help the team expand its current offering through my long established professional network based primarily in the Southern Home Counties."
Martin Duck, partner and head of commercial real estate, added; “Mark brings a high degree of expertise, both as a private practice solicitor and someone who worked in-house at the most senior level for some of the UK’s most respected housebuilders. This knowledge will consolidate and strengthen our residential property team, enabling us to continue to provide a modern and bespoke approach to all land development projects for developers, land promoters, affordable housing providers, house builders and landowners.”
