Leading law firm Moore Blatch LLP has advised Allum & Sidaway, an award-winning chain of jewellers, on their recent refinance to allow for refurbishment of their portfolio of stores.
Established in 1942, Allum & Sidaway is a family-run business with stores in Hampshire, Dorset, Kent and Wiltshire.

The transaction was led out of Moore Blatch’s City office by partners Richard Hughes (real estate) and Manmohan Singh (corporate and banking), who were assisted by Callum Leary (real estate).
The refinancing advice provided to Allum & Sidaway is the latest in a series of real estate finance transactions recently completed by Moore Blatch’s City of London team.
